Red Hill Ventures LLC provides products and services to Federal, State, Local, Educational Institutions, and Tax-Exempt Non-Profit entities.
Shipping Charges
Orders ship free for approved accounts; additional charges may apply for LTL deliveries.
Return Policy
Obtaining an RA#
To obtain a Return Authorization, email customerservice@redhillsupply.com or call 832-295-0605.
Customer must request RMA (Return Material Authorization) number prior to returning merchandise. No credit will be issued for products returned without RMA number.
Returned items that have suffered physical damage by the customer will not be accepted for any reason.
All products purchased from Red Hill Supply may be returned within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Only those items specifically designated as being on Back-Order may be returned within a period of 30 days from the date of delivery.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Defective parts or systems will be exchanged with the same parts or systems.
Shipping is non-refundable.
Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited back to the original credit card, only. Refunds for cash or check will be mailed to the original customer.
All returned items must be received in the original packaging, undamaged, with no missing parts, instructions or accessories, and must be in resalable condition. Used merchandise will not be accepted for any reason.
An order cancellation fee of 10% will be charged on all orders that have already been processed, but not shipped. Orders placed prior to 4 pm Central time during the regular work week are typically processed within 2 hours. Orders placed after 4 pm Central time, on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (“TERMS”) GOVERN PURCHASES OF PRODUCTS (DEFINED BELOW) FROM, RED HILL VENTURES LLC, AND ARE LIMITED TO THOSE CONTAINED HEREIN. ANY ADDITIONAL OR DIFFERENT TERMS IN ANY FORM DELIVERED BY YOU (“CLIENT”) ARE HEREBY DEEMED TO BE MATERIAL ALTERATIONS AND NOTICE OF OBJECTION TO THEM AND REJECTION OF THEM IS HEREBY GIVEN. SUCH ADDITIONAL OR DIFFERENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN ANY FORM PROVIDED BY CLIENT, SUCH AS A PURCHASE ORDER, WILL BE NULL AND VOID.
BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR PRODUCTS DESCRIBED IN RED HILL VENTURES’ SALES QUOTE, INVOICE, PURCHASE ORDER FORM, OR OTHER DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED BY RED HILL VENTURES LLC’S, CLIENT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY AND ACCEPTS THESE TERMS UNLESS CLIENT AND RED HILL VENTURES LLCHAVE SIGNED A SEPARATE AGREEMENT WHICH EXPRESSLY OVERRIDES THESE TERMS, IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT WILL CONTROL.
GENERAL DESCRIPTIONS OF THE PRODUCTS POSTED THE RED HILL VENTURES.COM WEBSITE DO NOT CONSTITUTE PART OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN RED HILL VENTURES LLC AND CLIENT.
Governing Law
THIS AGREEMENT IS GOVERNED BY AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS. ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN THE PARTIES SHALL BE BROUGHT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS SITTING IN TEXAS. Except in the case of nonpayment, neither party may institute any action in any form arising out of these Terms more than one (1) year after the conduct or event giving rise to the cause of action occurred. The rights and remedies provided by RED HILL VENTURES LLC under these Terms are cumulative, are in addition to, and do not limit or prejudice any other right or remedy of RED HILL VENTURES LLC at law or in equity.
For Use in the United States
This Website originates in and is controlled and operated by Red Hill Ventures LLC from its offices within the United States. This Website may not be appropriate or available for use elsewhere, and access to the Website from locations where its contents are illegal is not authorized. If you access this Website from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk.
Purchase Price
The prices of the Products are listed on Red Hill Ventures.com, quotes, or catalogs. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due as set forth in the Red Hill Ventures Order Form issued to Client for the Products.
Pricing Information; Availability; Errors and Omissions Disclaimer
All pricing is subject to change. Red Hill Ventures LLC reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing and Products offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, Product discontinuation, Product unavailability, manufacturer price changes and errors in advertisements. All orders are subject to product availability. Therefore, Red Hill Ventures LLC cannot guarantee that it will be able to fulfill Client’s orders.
LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
Client understands that Red Hill Ventures LLC is not the manufacturer of the Products purchased by Client hereunder and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not Red Hill Ventures LLCs. In purchasing the Products, Client is relying on the manufacturer’s specifications only and is not relying on any statements, specifications in brochures, photographs or other illustrations representing the products that may be provided by Red Hill Ventures LLCs.
RED HILL VENTURES LLCHEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATED TO THE PRODUCTS SOLD, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITS, ANY WARRANTY OF TITLE, ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGMENT. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT AFFECT THE TERMS OF THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY, IF ANY.

These Terms govern the relationship between Client and Red Hill Ventures LLC with respect to Client’s purchase of the Products and constitute a binding contract between Client and Red Hill Ventures LLCs.
